Switch It UP

By : haley 0 Comments

I like to switch up my look for the weekend. It’s your chance to wear whatever you want, without restrictions. No work or school dress code to abide by. No need to dress up in any particular way. I say, toss your hair in some loose pig tails. Rock your birkenstocks and extra big sunnies.

cut outsJeans can get boring, especially when you wear them nearly every day. Try switching it up with a camel pair of pants. This color has been having quiet a moment lately. I like the high waisted fit and stretch quality to them. The seam down the front of each leg, has a slimming effect, something any body type can appreciate.BLOG-3

If you’re looking for an easy transitional outfit try a thin sweatshirt instead of a top. This provides breathability. The leather jacket can come on during early mornings and late nights. This Members Only pebbled leather one is a favorite because of the cropped fit.

An easy way to switch up your look without forking out cash for new makeup, clothing or accessories, is to simply try a new hair style. I have this sort of awkward blunt length going on right now. To add a fun touch, I tried these low pigtail buns. I know pigtails can seem childish, but I think looping the hair around into a bun makes for a sleek unexpected look.

I never thought I’d be wearing Calvin Klein again…oh fashion!

Any who I’d write more, but this week already has me burnt out. Need to work on re-filling my cup with youtube videos, podcasts and lots of pinterest! I’ve been pinning editorial design inso up a storm. I hope that bring more of that feeling to the blog in the future!
