In Scarcity We Bare the Teeth

I’d seen the Words on Walls project a few months back and didn’t realize when I was down on Del Paso Blvd. at the Good Design Market this last weekend that I would finally get to see it! The typography seen on this wall is designed by William Leung. I will try and make it see the other 4 installations and photograph them. If you want to see the others click here. Two of my buddies were part of the featured designers! So happy to see the community embracing poetry, art and design while revitalize an older area of town.
It was a bazillion degrees while shooting this in the middle of the day but SO worth it! As for the outfit, I’ve worn like romper at least 3 times and haven’t even had it a week or two yet. This was one of those times when I was putting together an outfit and felt like it was “trying too hard.” But I think it worked after all. It’s such a fine mix or knowing when to add and when to subtract to get a look that flows. I found several similar cute rompers, if you’re interested you can now shop this post below. Yay technology!

I wondered why that was written on the wall. I pass it a couple times a week. Who wrote it?
