eShakti Custom Dress

As a petite with a small top and curvy bottom, I’m always looking taking clothing to the tailor. Specifically dresses, skirts and shorts. When eShatki reached out to me about their custom apparel I figured I should give it a try.

I searched on their site for a bit because my dress selection lately has been super dated. I selected this beautiful, white, eyelet dress. I knew it would be good for my body type considering the band around the upper waist.

I was able to customize the skirt length, sleeve length, neckline, bust and hip size. I picked right above the knee with a sleeveless arm. I’m not a big fan of the cap sleeve, it cuts my arm in a strange spot.

I styled it with these cream, light and hot pink beads from ModCloth. A nude strapped heel and tan bucket bag to seal off the look.

I can see this dress being worn to a Sunday brunch. Add a leather jacket for happy hour. Throw on a cardigan for church. Pair it with sandals and where your hair up for a summer night cruise. The piece is versatile to it’s core.

My favorite customization was the neckline. Normally waist and bust are pretty typical customizations. You can do halter, deep V, asymmetrical, queen anne, scoop or shirt collar.

I hope you’ll check out eShakti and see if you can find a custom look for yourself.
